Ricardo is an attorney with more than twenty years of experience as a litigator, advising and representing mainly banking and Finance institutions, as well as insurance and reinsurance companies in high-profile on Commercial, Banking & Finance and Insolvency Litigation matters. He is a graduate of the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.

In the professional field, he worked as Partner of the law firm Martínez, Algaba, De Haro y Curiel, as well as of the law firm Márquez, Castelazo & García Cárdenas.
