Terms and Conditions for the Use of the Site

These Terms and Conditions for Use of the Site (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") shall be binding with respect to the use and operation of this Website: www.mqsc.mx (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), as well as with respect to commercial transactions entered into between Mañón Quintana Abogados, S.C., (hereinafter referred to as "MQA") and the User. By accessing and using the Site, you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, in addition to any other laws, regulations or rules that may be applicable to the Site or to the commercial transactions entered into therein. If you do not accept these Terms and please leave the Site.

1. USERS.

   All persons of legal age who are legal residents of México may become Users of the Site.

   The access and use of the Site implies that You declare to have legal capacity to contract, in terms of article 1798 of the Mexican Federal Civil Code.

   The acts of minors and persons with legal incapacity who enter the Site are under the strict responsibility of the parents, guardians or adults in charge, in terms of the provisions of Articles 1919, 1920 and 1921 of the Mexican Federal Civil Code.

   1.1. Obligations of the Users.

   The User agrees to respect and comply with the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions when accessing and using the Site.

   The User agrees that the information provided for access and use of the Site and for the conclusion of commercial transactions in the same, will be true, correct and verifiable; the User also guarantees to be the rightful owner of said information.

   The User agrees to provide MQA, via email, as soon as possible, all documentation that is required in order to confirm the information provided by him for access and use of the Site.

   The User shall use the Site in accordance with the applicable regulations and states that he/she is fully aware of the legal implications of conducting business through electronic means on the Internet.

   Any User is prohibited from using the Site for purposes other than those set forth in these Terms and Conditions, or posting or transmitting any content generated by the Site that infringes or may infringe any intellectual property rights of MQA or any third party, or that is threatening, false or misleading, subversive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, obscene, pornographic, abusive, discriminatory or illegal, or which may constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or which may give rise to any other form of civil liability or violate any law.

   The User agrees to keep up-to-date of any changes to these Terms and Conditions and to consult them periodically.

   Users of the Site must conduct themselves with respect, so that they do not abuse their right to freedom of expression within the Site.

   In the event that the User fails to comply with any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions, MQA may limit or restrict your access to the Site.

2. PRIVACY NOTICE.

   MQA is responsible for the confidentiality, use and protection of the personal data provided.

3. PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL.

   MQA owns the intellectual property rights of all content on the Site (including programs, databases, networks, images, logos, writings and files that allow the User to access the Site), which are protected by the laws and international treaties on copyright, trademarks, patents, models and industrial designs. The improper use and reproduction of all or part of such content is prohibited, except with the express written permission of MQA.

   Use of the Site does not in any way signify that MQA is assigning or constituting any right, license or permission of rights in its intellectual property rights.

4. TECHNICAL FAILURES.

   MQA does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to and use of the Site. The Site may eventually be unavailable due to technical difficulties or Internet failures, or any other circumstances beyond MQA's control and/or reasonably beyond its control. In such cases, efforts will be made to restore the Site as quickly as possible, without liability. MQA will not be responsible for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies contained in the Site, or for any misinterpretation of its content by Users.

   MQA will not be responsible for any damage and / or injury caused to the User arising from technical difficulties or failures of the Internet, or any other circumstance beyond the control of MQA and / or reasonably beyond its control. Nor shall MQA be liable for any damage and/or injury caused to the User arising from viruses and/or malware that may affect the User's equipment as a result of access and / or use of the Site or following any transfer of data, files, images, text or audio contained therein.

5. MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

   MQA may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such modifications will be posted on the Site. These modifications will become effective the same day they are published on the Site, and it is the obligation of the Users to keep abreast of the modifications of the Terms and Conditions.

   In case the Users do not agree with the modifications made, they must request the cancellation of their registration and/or refrain from using the Site.

6. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.

   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in all respects by the laws in force in México.

   In case of dispute regarding the interpretation, compliance and execution of these Terms and Conditions and/or the commercial transactions executed under them, the parties expressly agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico City, renouncing consequently to any other jurisdiction that, due to their present or future domicile, may correspond.
